Danny Brown

A lifelong Angeleno and anchor of luxury real estate in Los Angeles since 2002, Danny Brown has joined Compass as Principal, Luxury Estates and Compass Evangelist. In this new role, he will continue to represent luxury clients on the Westside of Los Angeles specializing in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air/Holmby Hills, Little Holmby, Cheviot Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu. In addition, he will assist Compass’ senior management as a brand ambassador as Compass continues to strategically expand throughout Southern California and the Western United States. 

Prior to Compass, Danny was a partner at The Agency where he was one of their most prolific producers, well-respected leaders, and key mentors. He is on the Real Trends list of top 250 agents in the country and closed 37 transactions with just under $100M in volume in 2018. Over his career, Danny has closed over 350 transaction sides and $1B of sales volume. 

Remaining a trusted and respected voice among his clients and colleagues, Danny holds an extensive list of high-profile clients, including “C” level executives, tech entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers, and developers. He is considered one of the most trusted and knowledgeable sources in the real estate industry and is often called upon to consult for developers, investors, financiers, and fellow real estate agents. You will find Danny speaking on various industry panels and leading training sessions for up and coming agents. 

Danny lives in Cheviot Hills with his wife Jessica and 3 children: Henry, George, and Inez. When he is not showing properties he enjoys traveling with his family, collecting modern art, interior design projects, playing tennis, and surfing in warm exotic locations with poor WiFi. Danny is a graduate from the University of Southern California where he played college baseball, and he's a member of the Jewish Federations Real Estate and Construction Division (REC), and the Jonathan Club.

Sara Firouz

Sara began her real estate career 15 years ago in Beverly Hills and recently joined the Danny Brown Group at Compass in Beverly Hills.  She grew up in Calabasas and earned her Bachelor of Science from UCLA in Psychobiology.  She then pivoted from her path to USC Dental School to pursue her passion for real estate and design.  

Sara has an innate ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships and personal connections with a wide variety of people and personalities.  She is calm under pressure and is able to guide clients through one of the largest investments of their lifetime- a responsibility she does not take lightly.  She is able to use her background in psychology and emotional intelligence to help position her clients and package their deals in the best light possible giving her a distinct advantage over her peers.   “Sara is a strong negotiator and relentlessly advocates for her clients best interests,” says Danny Brown, “she is savvy, intuitive and has a hands on approach. Sara is an expert on the nuances of luxury real estate on the Westside of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills and has a depth of experience selling luxury homes, condos and investment properties.  Her wide network of colleagues and friends built throughout the years of growing up in Los Angeles, prove to be a true asset in putting together deals in any real estate market.
