The manor (Petra’s$ $119.75m is the highest sale of all time in Los Angeles and Ardie Tavangarian’s Sarbonne Road estate sold for a hefty $75m. As real estate agents it is time to catch our breaths, spend some time with our loved ones, travel somewhere new and take some time off to reflect. The 4th quarter of the year is around the corner and soon it will be go time again.
