Anchored West of the UCLA campus and Westwood Village is the charming, tree lined streets of Little Holmby. Whether it's the Liquid Amber trees leaves turning red in the Fall on Loring Avenue or the large, flat estate lots on Comstock, Conway and Charing Cross this is one of the most charming historic neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Warner Avenue School has been one of the top rated public schools for many decades and hosts a fun Halloween festival. There are a lot of children in this pocket playing outside at Holmby park and riding their bikes to the gorgeous UCLA campus nearby. The prestigous Wilshire Corridor is outlined by high rise luxury full service condos which extends all the way to Beverly HIlls to the East and to Westwood Blvd. to the West.
